Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is an energizing, grounding practice which is a series of poses in balance. Hatha means Sun and Moon (ha=sun, tha=moon) so we are harnessing the power and attributes of two natural opposites in our practice to make us whole and in balance. We work with the breath to allow ourselves to get accustomed to the rhythms of the body, the patterns of thinking of the mind and settle into a way of moving that is easeful and energetic.
