YIN Yoga

YIN Yoga is great for those who are active for amazing conditioning and cross training, and it is perfect for people who have sore wrists and joints as it can create more lubrication in those areas. This practice of slowing down gets you in touch with your breath, the feeling of your body and it is also a slower pace than most other forms of yoga which gives you a chance to explore each pose with curiosity. Each posture is held for several minutes, supported with props in order to get certain muscles to lengthen and soften. There is a marked difference in attitude and sense of well being from the beginning of class to the end. Come enjoy the chill vibes.
